We live in the age of technology and it is very difficult, even seemingly impossible, to keep the cell phone away from ourselves and our children. But something can be done about the stay time, where everyone can ask themselves the question “What can I do concretely to at least influence my child’s mind in a productive way?”.

With the following tips a change can happen, so:

1. To be an example for the child. The child, seeing the parents who stay on the phone all the time, will act the same as them. Therefore, the good thing is that we become an example of not using technology, or mobile devices, frequently and for extended hours.

2. Orient the child towards an activity he/she likes, creating a daily routine (drawing-coloring, cooking, going to a toy park, shopping)

3. To present the book to the child, as a priceless gift, as a safe source of information. We can instill a desire for books when they are very young, by reading fairy tales before bed, every night.

4. Let’s play or create games involving ourselves with the children. We can also develop games at home, for example we can play kukafshehti, chess, cards, monopoly, don’t get hot, or search the Internet for new activities and games that keep children engaged.

5. To introduce a musical instrument to the child.

6. Take frequent walks in nature.

7. Let’s try to keep a pet at home and give the child the opportunity to take care of it.

8. Using the whiteboard (or small whiteboard).

Of course, according to the characteristics of the child, we can also adapt new ways that make us spend time in a more fruitful and fun way. This is how the spirit, mind and personality of the child develops and improves further. The most important thing is that as parents we can spend quality time with the child. Even watching a movie together. Black and white films, for example, can be presented to the child as films full of message and meaning. To be in your children’s memories tomorrow, you must be present in their lives today!

A lot of quality time spent with children keeps them away from the Internet!

Include them in your daily activities, train them for life through work and not sitting on the sofa with a lever “play station” first. Our dedication affects tomorrow’s man! Everything is possible, only in her dedication! Try a little and you will see a lot of results!
